NAEF 2008 will be Nomura’s 5th Asia Equity Forum in Singapore. Built on the success and growth of the previous years, this year’s event promises to be better than ever.
Similar to previous years, this year’s conference will focus on several themes which we feel will be of great interest to investors — Environment and Energy, Consumer and Soft Commodities, Financials, Real Estate, Telecommunications and Technology. Approximately 200 key companies from these sectors, Japanese and Asian, are expected to participate in the four-day event.
Through group presentations and one-on-one meetings, you will have an opportunity to gain invaluable insight on the companies’ perspectives, plans and strategies, and to expand your understanding on the latest market trends and global economies.
On top of corporate presentations and meetings, prominent figures from the industry will also be invited to present at the conference. Confirmed speakers include Mr Lee Kuan Yew, Minister Mentor of Singapore and Mr Yoshifumi Nishikawa, CEO of Japan Post Holdings, H.E. Sheikh Ebrahim Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Housing – Kingdom of Bahrain and Mr Bill Emmott, Former Editor-in-Chief of The Economist and author.
